Most items ship in 6-12 weeks due to being built to order. (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED) We ship only to the 50 United States. We are happy to ship to Hawaii and Alaska, contact us further for a quote. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable way possible. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We recommend you track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the shipment.
Freight Delivery- Most items ordered are too large and/or heavy to ship via USPS.
Once your item arrives at the delivery agents pick-up location, they will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.
The item will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the customers responsibility to transport the product(s) inside. If you would like INSIDE delivery please request a quote, freight carrier will move package to garage or inside front door. Several freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck into your home or office and then assemble the piece and take the trash away. Let us know and we can get you a quote for WHITE GLOVE services.
Once item has shipped we will send tracking info your way. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items at all. You will have to open a case with the freight carrier directly. Contact us if you’d like a quote for insurance. (Recommended)
Please make sure that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box/ crate has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order/refund will be fulfilled as soon as possible via the carrier.

We recommend a wide plank slatted wood top for all our outdoor tables. Any top that requires glue we recommend to be in a covered location. We also recommend a furniture cover for all pieces. Over time it will begin to wear, age or even fail if exposed to elements. Refinishing will be needed over time.
With all reclaimed pieces nothing will ever look exactly the same and all wood will be from different places and vary in color. There will be character marks – including old nail holes, cracks and knots here and there. These can be filled upon request. Over time cracks and movement can occur. We can never determine if that will happen. We suggest you don’t put hot things directly on the surface. We suggest you use warm water and a mild soap to clean the surfaces and wipe dry. You can also use a all natural/ mild cleaner. You may also use something such as pledge every once in a while to maintain.
